Community Excavation gets under way at Old St Helen's Church Ore:

The exciting community archaeology project at Old St Helen's Church in Ore, which is being run by CBAS Ltd for Sussex Heritage Trust is now underway. Volunteers are working with CBAS staff to excavate the interior of the church with the aim of finding out more about its history and origins. The excavation will continue until the end of April.
